Parker, Arizona - Arizona Western College, Parker High School, Colorado River Indian Tribes, and the La Paz Career Center are sponsoring a Career Exploration Fair for the high school students of La Paz County. The fair entitled “Broaden Your Horizon” was the brain child of the Parker High Student Council. This fair will be held February 20th from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm on the Parker High School campus. Over 30 displayers and 20 presenters will be on site to talk to students about their future.The fair is designed to meet the Arizona State Standards for career exploration and more specifically to meet the career interests of our La Paz high school students. Each student will have the opportunity to visit career displays, interact with presenters and experience a career activity.
